Great selection of some 11 lakes and caters for all types of angling, shame the facilties on site are not better.

Great fishing! With a large number of lakes to choose from. And with a cafe/bait shop on site it has everything you need for a relaxing weekend. Being in Surrey hills you are surrounded with great views and plenty of wildlife!

Rude and unfriendly. Was having work done on my car next door, they suggested I go to the cafe and the lakes while I wait, as I had my small dog with me (on a lead). I was intending to walk around one of the lakes then go to the cafe, but I didn't get that far as an unpleasant man in a buggy pulled up and said this is private property and to basically p**s off. When I pointed out there were no signs saying it was private property, he just raised his eyebrows and said this is private prop...

Lovely setting, good selection of ponds, unfortunately no surface baits allowed, and fly fishing is!! much to my annoyance!! It's a hard place to catch carp on a hot day, unless you want to take up fly fishing!!

Fishing in winter can be tough but great day overall. Unfortunately the cafe + shop aren’t open due to Covid but over all great spot. No boom gate or area to go to when you arrive. Start fishing , the bailiff will come to you in his little buggy 🍺 Tight lines.
