Great, spacious gym. Very friendly and approachable staff that encourage and guide you on your fitness journey. They have been so understanding and supportive to us as a family, having sons with additional needs. Some equipment could do with updating…then I would give 5 stars! 👍🏻🌟

Great, friendly local gym. My daughter has boxing lessons here, it has been so good for her confidence while also learning self defence and getting fit, loads of equipment and trained staff. My husband also uses the gym and highly recommends to everyone!

Great community and phenomenal owners and staff that care. The variety of equipment has tripled since Mel and Billy took over ownership. If you are looking for a gym - give it a try. I see people that are thirteen and people that are eighty that come regularly. Nobody is out of place there.
