  • I started training with Will because I needed help over coming a back injury and its an area of expertise of his. I am overjoyed that I did! My strength and movement have improved enormously, my pain is gone and I feel like I have my weight lifting mojo back! Will tailors programs specifically to my needs and goals, is incredibly supportive and pushes me to achieve my best every session. He's great!

  • I have been training with Will 2-3 times a week for the last 12 months. I have had PTs before, but Will is absolutely by far the best I’ve had. He combines strength training with analysis of and posture corrective exercises, whilst keeping rigorous track of progress. He also has an excellent focus on static and dynamic stretching in each session as well as providing lifestyle recommendations (the more difficult part for me to stick to ;-)
