Wildcroft Pottery

My wife and I spent an afternoon with Lucy, leaning how to slab build. My wife made a bowl, and I made a mug. We had such a great time, and are super pleased with the results. Lucy was really patient, helpful and made the whole process fun. Highly recommended!

We had a brilliant time at Wildcroft Pottery! Lucy was so knowledgeable, patient, and make the session really fun. She had loads of ideas of techniques to help even complete beginners make lovely pieces to keep! I am so pleased with how our pinch bowls have come out, and can’t wait to do some more pottery!

Having completed a 10 week pottery course with Lucy, I can’t recommend it highly enough. She is a great, patient, creative teacher who encourages everyone to explore the different hand-building and decorating techniques. I have so enjoyed every class - it is the time in my week when I switch off from everything else and I am constantly blown away by what we are able to make, even as beginners!

Our 2 daughters spent 3 amazing mornings with Lucy st Wildcroft Pottery this Easter holiday and both raved about it. They loved making the pottery items- varied, individual and a lot of fun while acquiring new skills. I had a fantastic taster session with Lucy. Her set up is great, very welcoming, and the session was really friendly and fun. I found an evening spent playing with clay extremely therapeutic. I think it is fair to say I have no natural talent but with Lucy's expert guidance and support I manage to produce 3 lovely pieces which are now proudly being used at home.
