Brilliant customer service when I was coming back to hockey I needed some goalie kneepads. The person running the shop went out of his way to go to the supplier and picked me up some for the same day. I rate this shop very high and have continued to use them for all my hockey needs.

Awful customer service. Bought some guards from the skate shop which the guy ordered in...still waiting to collect them over a week later! Can't pop into the shop as it is hardly ever open...despite the website saying to the contrary. Can't email the guy as the email address is incorrect on the website. Not sure when I will be able to collect the guards as there is no way of getting in contact with the guy who runs in...paid £16 in good faith with nothing to show for it. Unacceptable. Try els...
