As a complete beginner I found that I was able to do the ballet fitness class and it really helped my ageing body to develop muscles I didn't know I had. Great fun and a friendly atmosphere . Highly recommended

Excellent class for the older ladies. We laugh and have fun. Amanda is an excellent teacher.

It is a great opportunity to be able to do ballet again 60 years after i first did it!!! The pace of the class is good with plenty of practice and new steps every week. We even do a dance at the end! Great class.

I really enjoy Miss Mandy's adult ballet class. She has a wonderful teaching style and an ability to make even the hard steps doable.
