Excellent course conditions for this time of year and the amount of rain we have had

Played today in howling wind and rain just by accident as I was in the area for the weekend. What an absolutely superb track, holes full of character, amazing greens and beautiful scenery. Great food in the bar and friendly service. Would love to come back and play in better weather, just a shame it's 2+ hours away.

Course in great condition. Not too crowded. Some quite slow play but the sun was shining so not too bothered. Well stocked pro shop. Club House bar staff very friendly!

Update May 2022 Played the West Course today....a decent walk round and great to see the new 9- hole course fully integrated into the set up. Looked after superbly as always. Only issue this visit..... course was bone dry and in need either of some TLC or some decent rain.
