Westminster Adult Education Service

I attended two courses at WAES college Pimlico branch and was never disappointed. I learnt a lot and had a good time too. All the turors and staff are very nice, helpful and professional. They create exceptional atmosphere here.

Admissions service (which is all the experience I had with WAES) is totally useless. I wanted to study for an AAT accounting qualification. I live in Westminster so figured why not use these guys. Told to take a test and then they would call me within 5 working days to give me feedback. It's now been 4 weeks and despite leaving several messages with them asking them what's going on keep getting blanked or told they'll call me back. Rude No point making a formal complaint either since no-one...

Did Btec level 2. Really bad experience which left me angry, confused and lost motivation for graphic design while there. It's not a good idea to have some people paying hundreds of pounds in the same class as people who are concession it obviously will cause resentment. However it seems more like funding issues here which creates unfairness. Also found unprofessional and inapropriate behaviour from some tutors. All in all not a course i'd pay for or recommend. Worse learning experience ever.

Same experience as below. I completed my English course in February 2017 and in July my certificate was finally ready for collection. Useless for people who needs this for any applications before?! Also you must to collect it from Pimlicco, they are not able to send the certificate via email/post, quite difficult re opening hours. I definitely expected more motivated & friendly service at all.

really good teachers that make such an amazing amount of effort! but unfortunately i do feel that this college lacks resources. people with disabilities in the class require personal assistance ... unfortunately these poor people are left to deal with there own situations or the teacher has to take time out to show them. when i studied my graphic design level 2 the people in my class .. i made some good friends and i couldn't have asked for a better teacher but again i do feel that we lacked...
