This is a really good club to be involved with. I have trained under Sifu Dean for a number of years and it has been a great experience. Sifu Dean is patient as a teacher, allow learning at the students pace and has evolved his system to be practical outside of class The club is welcoming and is free of egos, and suitable for all fitness levels.

As a 4th Dan in shotokan karate with over 40years experience in different styles and now been studying Wing Chun for 4years with Sifu Carrick it’s refreshing to have someone who is adaptable to his art and ensuring his students get a full and realistic approach to practical fighting solution that also retains the main elements of the art for those that still relish more of the traditional stuff.
