The West End Workouts Training Philosophy Our personal training packages are designed to improve overall strength and mobility to improve body composition and overall quality of life. We believe that every person that comes into Westend Workouts should not only lose body fat and build muscle but also build a foundation of strength through multiple exercises that equip them for day-to-day living. All of our programs are planned to make you better at squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, rotating & balancing. After six weeks of training we fully expect our clients to lose fat and or build muscle Which will ultimately change their body composition. Once the Client repeats this process multiple times they can expect a full body transformation where they don’t only look and feel better but also perform better through all the ranges of movement that will improve their overall life.
