West Sussex Hypnobirthing – Doula & Antenatal Classes

I did a 121 class with Nicky a while ago but forgot to write a review as its been so busy since my little boy arrived!! I found the course was well organised, she explained everything well and I think it made a difference to my confidence and my labour. Would reccomend.

I did the hypnobirthing refresher course and it was exactly what I needed to get in the positive head space before my birth. Nicky was very friendly, professional and made us feel at ease straight away. Would highly recommend ❤️

I loved loved loved the course we did with Nic! I was a bit nervous about the birth and wanted to learn about breathing and movement to know how they could help and to learn more about birth so I wasn't so scared. The class was just the right size as we got to know every one really well and it wasn't scary asking questions which I would have found it if the group had of been bigger. We did a hypnobirthing course over a weekend with Nicky. The course was well organised and Nicky was a really friendly teacher whow answered all our questions. We left feeling really calm and empowered and unbelievably really excited for the birth.
