West Hants Club

It’s not only unpleasant too have to write this but it is also an unpleasant experience to be apart of west Hants so called tennis club. The facilities are amazing and have no ends of potential to them if used properly they really have got the potential to be an elite sports club. Pauline in the Pro Shop at West Hants was fantastic in helping my find the right racket. I really valued her expertise and how she listened to me to understand what I was after. Great service and I will be returning to the shop in the future. Thank you.

Great facilities, staff let the place down. Front of house never acknowledge you, either do the gym staff. They make you feel uncomfortable if anything. There is never any member interaction, the gym staff sit around chatting to one another or on their phones. The gates at reception are always open, so there is probably a lot of non members coming and going as they please, the front of house don't care as they never look up. Club, offers everything you would expect from a top tennis club, staff courteous and helpful, food great value and facilities second to none, proud to be associated with the club.

Very nice facilities and excellent class instructors with a good variety of classes. Friendly reception staff. Indoor tennis courts an advantage in the winter. Popular classes need to be booked well in advance so if you have a set routine this may work for you.
