Another outstanding martial arts seminar facilitated by Lewis Bernaldo de Quirós Shihan, 6th Dan Aikikai. Having practiced martial arts since 1989, I can tell you that his Iwama Aikido techniques work. Awesome connection with everyone. Thank you Adrian and team for arranging a spectacular weekend in St Bees.

West Cumbria Aikido is a superbly friendly club set in one of the most beautiful parts of the country. The aikido this club follows has such a strong core that if you fully dive into its study you find so much benefit both physical and mental. West Cumbria Aikido lives up to the Aikido spirit of embracing 'what is' and and the spirit of harmony. I was very warmly welcomed into the West Cumbria Aikido family even though I'm from the far-flung corner of Norfolk, and the spirit of friendship collaboration and support amongst the members will keep me coming back to train with this club whenever I can in many years to come.
