  • Our son has made tremendous progress since signing up at the facility at Goldophin School. The facility is well maintained and the pool is clean. It is never crowded. The staff are quite professional and friendly to the children. There is a ratio of one instructor to three children mostly. Compared to other places we have been to, the hands on approach of the instructors and the low ratio to children has led to a rapid improvement for our boy.   • Our son has improved phenomenally at Wessex Swim School. After just one lesson we could see a difference in his ability in the water. Lovely teacher and the skills taught are really helping to reach independent swimming for our boy.

  • This is an excellent swimming school! Our son has progressed a huge amount in a very short time. The real benefit is the class size: never more than 3 children per teacher. Staff are friendly and welcoming and our son always leaves his lesson with a smile on his face. I would highly recommend.

  • Been thrilled with the progress of my 3 year old with Wessex Swim! Administratively, very communicative and responsive. Instructors are very good at teaching skills in fun, interactive ways. At first I was nervous for a lap pool (toddlers can't reach the bottom), but I truly think it's better for my child's confidence and skills -- and there is always a very attentive lifeguard.
