  • I love going to Yoga with Anne and look forward to Wednesday evenings. Anne is a great yoga instructor, she takes time to make sure we are all doing our poses correctly and is very encouraging. I love the humour she brings to the class too, she’s friendly and witty. Anne at ‘Well Worth it’ does what it says on the tin. Don’t just believe me come and see for yourselves. 👌

  • I started Yoga with Anne at Well Worth It 19 months ago.I had knee pain and was beginning to stiffen in my hip joints at 48yrs old I knew I needed to do something. This class has helped me to become more flexible in body and more focused and calm in mind. It is a brilliant online resource as I never miss my weekly class. I would highly recommend Well Worth It and Anne to anyone who is looking for a new way to exercise no matter how old or young they are.

  • I can highly recommend Well Worth It yoga classes for helping to relieve tensions and stresses in the mind and in the body. I always feel mentally revived and energised after a class. Anne really puts us through our paces. She gives everyone personal attention to ensure that we are doing the poses safely and correctly.
