I attended the "Porcini Forage" cookery course yesterday and had a really great day. Having enjoyed a successful forage in local woodland, we returned to the cookery school in Rye to prepare an amazing five course lunch under the expert guidance of Paul Webbe. The course was extreme informative and Paul created a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere.
