Wearside Golf Course

Fantastic track down by the banks of the picturesque River Wear and its and it's certainly easy to see why it is commonly referred to as "North Easts hidden gem". The fairways are well laid out and a course guide is definitely recommended as many holes are certainly not for blasting a driver out there and would be more suited to a nicely placed iron or 5 wood. Good off course facilities and friendly pro-shop

Wearsides hidden gem one of the best courses in the northeast hidden on the banks of the river wear. What a challenging course this is and the view from the 7th tee looking towards coxgreen is fantastic.

Nice course, enjoyed my day and clubhouse staff friendly. The greens helped to make my day as ball ran true without any hidden breaks. Lowest number of putts in months.

Beautiful course, very green fairways and not cut too short like some in the area. Clubhouse was well priced and was very well presented. On a sunny day the outside deck is amazing with very nice seating and a view over the putting green and first tee. Simply brilliant. Good to see a club in the North east hosting singular events for just juniors too. I would join myself if I lived closer. Couple of on course signs wouldn't go a miss though.
