Great club for all ages. Miss Williams is a fantastic and professional instructor. My daughters love those classes. They are both more confident, fit, and motivated to take the next challenge. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love this place. My 2 daughters have attended since the beginning, my eldest has learning difficulties and has been met with the utmost patience,care and understanding and has come on so much, her balance and coordination and her confidence has greatly approved, my younger daughter has just excelled since starting at the club and I'm excited to see where it takes her. Highly recommend this club and owe a lot the the leader Beth.

Excellent , my son has been attending approx 2 years, he loves it there, his confidence has grown so much and his fitness. The instructor , she is brilliant with the little ones and right up to the older ones, plenty of patience and very knowledgeable. She has much respect from everyone. Highly recommend.

Brilliant classes for all ages with a dedicated, fun tutor. 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 I'm not fit at all, but Beth kept me motivated and I felt I'd had a proper work out at the end of the session. 👊 All the equipment is provided and you can buy the clothing directly from Beth. 👕 The kids love it and are motivated by getting stickers for their progress books. Miss Williams is amazing with all the children. She has a very kind nature. Really fun class for all ages.
