Wayne'S Driving School

I was quite a nervous driver, Wayne was my 3rd instructor having taken breaks in between the others. He put me at ease, and gave me confidence. And I passed my test with him. This was a couple of years ago and now my partners learning to drive he is also using Wayne.

In February 2022 I started lessons with Wayne, He was pleasant and created a personal relationship so It created an enjoyable lesson each week. In October 2022 I took a cancellation driving test with Wayne as my driving instructor, I failed this test. After this, I stopped driving lessons entirely and took two further tests, which I failed both of. When I first started learning I was so anxious and terrified of the concept of learning to drive, I’d had lessons before but always given up pretty quickly, Wayne has been patient with me and given me the time and tools I needed to be able to become a driver - he’s never once made me feel like I can’t drive or that I’m not capable. Changed my lesson day to another day because he double booked, then my 5 month old daughter got really ill so had to cancel my lesson so then every week from then for the next 2 months, he filled what was said to be my lesson time in. Proceeded to shout at me down the phone telling me it's my fault because I kept cancelling lessons, after cancelling one lesson less then 24 hours before due to my daughter being ill. Absolutely disgusting customer service
