Ordered two Pop Vinyls on a Friday afternoon and they came Saturday morning. Impeccably packaged, bubble wrapped with box shreddings. They were in perfect condition. Also they were a great price. Happy customer and I will be back.

Excellent customer service from Wayland Games. As long as items are in stock, you receive them promptly. Prices are very fair. The one time I had an issue with a delivery, Sam and Katie were very helpful and sorted everything out for me. Would definitely recommend Wayland and will continue to use them in the future.

Used to order & get the item in 48 hours, the last order was 10 days before it shipped & I had to contact to ask why. Gave them another chance & ordered some citadel paints & they've not shipped after 4 days even though they were all in stock so asked for a refund. I'll just get it from my local gaming store. It's better than waiting ages. Won't be using Wayland games again sadly, pay a few pence more to another online retailer & get the same items much quicker.

Vague on delivery times and slow to ship "In Stock" Items. Ordered something using the DPD Next Day shipping however later learned that they don't actually offer next day shipping. Waited a couple of days and order had still not been shipped so I requested a refund and ordered from somewhere else. In contrast however their refund process is super fast.. Won't be using again.
