Wavehunters Surf School

Great beach to surf with some great instructors. Raven was an excellent coach, funny and charming. She made it a pleasure to learn how to surf and was great at explaining and answering questions.

Had a private surf lesson, Marcus was very friendly and professional. All their gear is located on the beach, so very easily accessible. Beach was very busy, but it was summer holidays and that has no bearing on the service Wavehunters offers. Would recommend, will most likely rent equipment from them on future trips to Cornwall. The lessons are great for beginners, I'd only been a couple of times before without lessons, and after this I felt a lot more confident.

Our two sons (10 and 12) had a private surf lesson with Marcus. He was very professional and the boys actually learnt surfing in 2 hours. We came back the following days to rent boards and wetsuits. All are extremely helpful and friendly!

We were recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed at all. Wavehunters are a professional down to earth friendly people. They offer quite a lot of water activities. We chose to take up private surfing for a family of 4 adults. We enjoyed every bit of it. Fantastic location, great experience....fun that you will never forget. Car park was easy and found a place as soon as we arived. Make sure you load the justpark app on your mobile phones and you are good to go. Staff at Wavehunters...

What an amazing day! Started with a fantastic yoga class with Holly and then had a brilliant private surf lesson with Charlie. Both excellent teachers. A friendly bunch of people all round which made us feel very welcome and relaxed as beginners. Thanks so much for giving us a memorable day.
