Lovely lady in the reception area and a very friendly trainer. I did the outdoor first aid course which involved a lot of scenarios and roleplay but overall was a very good course. The only negative for me was the room looks big on the website but is actually quite small which was ok with my group of six but I'd have really felt uncomfortable had there been any more people in the room. Definitely recommend this company for first aid courses.
