Absolutely excellent. The staff was very nice and polite.

I booked an appointment for 7pm on Friday and it was closed! I got there 10 minutes before hand and it was completely shut!

Amazing service, lovely staff! Overall super happy!

Test itself was ok. Rooms felt dark and very warm. Receptionist booked me in with no fuss. The man that calls people in was very rude and I didn’t hear him the first time he called my name as he spoke so quietly and he started mumbling under his breath and shaking his head as I approached him. Very miserable old man. He was lucky I was in a nervous mood. Someone did tell him where to go as they left.

I wish I could give this place zero stars- one star as a minimum is a serious over-inflation of the particular "service" this test centre purports to provide. I went for my theory test today, which I ultimately passed. I was "greeted" by two members of staff- a black female and a white female. Unfortunately I did not get their names, but I wish I did. In any case, it was the white female staff member who gave me the worst customer service. She was on the reception desk today (1st April 2022 ...
