Mo Kanjilal has been a key part of the BRITE project at Plus X Innovation Hub in Brighton. We worked with Watch This Sp_ce to help with our DE&I audit. From those results, we've gone from it being a question raised at every single Company All Hands to it no longer a regular topic raised. We've made some really positive inroads - still working forwards and we've got more to do, but it was a great help off of the starting blocks.

Watch This Sp_ce are brilliant at sharing their expertise, with kindness and clear action plans. All that is left to do is walk the talk, implement changes and see the team flourish. Highly recommend the full D&I audit!

I've seen Mo give several talks and I've attended workshops that she's run and I've always learned so much. The knowledge the Watch this Space team (as a whole) have will only serve to help our business community become way more diverse and inclusive. Collaboration and offering opportunities for others to grow is at the heart of what they do as well, and I was very honoured to have spoke at their Reimagination at Work online conference.
