I booked my daughter a lesson here a while ago after moving and her not being able to ride for a year, considering we paid a good £65 i expect to be treated with respect and simply kindness. Janet is the worst. My sister and I are traveling and wanted to have some fun on our last day here. As we booked our appointment for a hack over the phone I told Janet I was an experienced rider (I’ve been riding for 10 yrs) and my sister is just a beginner. She told me that was fine. We show up and the most helpful person in the situation, Steve, helped us pick out our hats and got us on our horses. Janet arrives and the first thing she says to my sister and I is “Wrong shoes! I had a bit of riding experience before so i was bit nervous to go and ride with my friends But the staff was extremely helpful and we have an amazing day out.

Brilliant riding school, knowledgeable friendly instructors, owner that loves her horses. Wide variety of horses suitable for all ages and experiences. Offers lessons in polo, jousting, sie saddle and many more unusual things aswell as more general riding lessons

The horses and staff there provide exceptional lessons and out of many schools I have visited this is the only one where they have actually talked to me in a way I understand and made me and the horse act as one. I have made so much progress! The horses all are lovely and Janet (the owner) is perfectly suited to keep horses under control and even though she is strict I have seen her control any accident.
