Attended Kick boxing class with the children. Great atmosphere, excellent instructor. Motivated and upbeat, clear and concise. Had an excellent time and would recommend highly.

Really enjoy learning from Rick, the chief instructor. Very methodical, very detailed and all round a stand up guy. Highly recommend training with him!
