Such a great stadium to enjoy the Rugby World Cup Qtr Final..

Went to the Halliwell Jones stadium yesterday for the charity boxing event. A fantastic cause and hopefully lots of money raised for cancer research. However the event was staged in a really small function room. Cramped to the point you couldn't move and also extremely long queues to get to both bars. Staff were friendly but progress was slow, mainly due to the amount that was being ordered. My personal view was that far too many tickets were sold for a room this size.

Great evening at the Rugby league World Cup. Staff here very helpful and friendly.

First time at the Halliwell Jones stadium since 2019. Great game between New Zealand and Lebanon. Would have been 5 stars but seats weren't numbered and had to guess where my seats were.
