Warner Hotels - Heythrop Park

Adult only venue. Great location, well signposted. Warm welcome. Deluxe room located in Manor House. Good size to accommodate twin beds. Large bathroom. Senspa toiletries, tea coffee hot chocolate & biscuits provided. Great entertainment and food. All staff friendly and accommodating. Spa facilities excellent. Negatives - room too hot, unable to turn off radiator. Too few staff, I understand they had sickness. Venue very spread out and different levels so doesn't suit some disabled guests.

This new hotel is fabulous! Staff still being trained up so some patience is needed but everyone is really friendly. The outside walk to the spa is a bit of a pain but it’s worth it when you get there - wear walking boots not flip flops! Excellent quality food and good range of menu choices.

It’s a beautiful place,spotless,food and restaurants excellent.Loved the entertainment. Only criticism is should have two key cards,as I went to spa and needed my card but I would have left my husband in the dark. Also we booked theatre for 9.30 to see talon and there were no seats as the 8.30 booking had stayed there as no one checks you in!! Apart from that a beautiful place and staff very helpful

I love Warner hotels and would normally always give 5 stars but in this case I can't unfortunately but that is only because I didn't feel that it was totally finished. Yes, one wing is still being built but I thought certain snagging hadn't been done and the staff, though polite, just didn't appear quite ready. It has only just opened in fairness and with covid I guess a big delay. I shall definitely go back, beautiful grounds and a golf course I hope to play

Well I think this will be a lovely hotel at some point in the future. At this time however, there are a number of issues that need to be addressed. Firstly they are very short of staff. The staff that are there are great, very helpful and always polite and smiling. But they are overworked and appeared tired.
