This gym is a secret jem in Lisburn, great location and equipment and facilities are outstanding. There is lots of space for any type of circuits or training you want to do and 12 stations for lifting! 💪 New addition of virtual trainer is very handy when you just want a quick cardio hit!

I have been working with Julian who is one of the coaches and he is great as he challenges me when he knows I can do more which is what I need to achieve my goal. Really good coaches and facilities. Everything is new. From doing the workout, grabbing a shower and having a coffee before work it's all first class. Very happy to be a member
