Very good and reliable carers. We have been using Wandle for the past 3 months a few hiccups at the beginning other than this, nothing but compliments.

Wandle have looked after my mother in law for the past two years. The carers have made a huge improvement to her life and have enabled her to stay in her own home. We are both very happy with the agency. They always keep us updated when carers are running late and if there is going to be any changes

Poor Timekeeping, falsification of arrival & departure times in log book. No PPE equipment often used eg Plastic Aprons etc. Overcharging for visits. Charging for 2 carers when on occasion only 1 showed up. (Once due to adverse weather conditions and once whilst 1 out of 2 booked carers bunked off to go look at purchasing a car). Not wearing professional clothing or uniforms, often in ‘street wear’ and ‘Bling’ (Male Carers). Not sure if suitably qualified but seemed to be family and friends ...

Had this company in for my aunt for end of life care I can't even describe how disgusted I am in what they think is acceptable after 3 days had to change them I would never recommended this company to anybody one star is far to much for them
