The staff DO ensure a temperament test is undertaken with every dog that starts at this School of Excellence and will also let you know if your dog looks unhappy or uneasy at being enclosed with other dogs. My pug Bennie went to Wags. Colin the owner is so rude and arrogant! They certainly put business before your pets! I caught them dropping my dog off 1.5 hours early(5pm),to which they said thats the only time they could do, but still charge me til 6.30pm SO HE WAS ONLY THERE FOR 6.5 HOURS PER DAY BUT I WAS CHARGED £85 PER WEEK.
