  • I signed up with Vince to help with fitness and mindset. Vince is a great coach, always on hand if you need anything and has a brilliant/unique approach to coaching. He helped me change my negative mindset around the gym and food, and also helped me gain confidence in myself.   • I found Vince through my gym during our first lockdown, where he was running a specific challenge for women (online cos 2020), which really appealed to me. His programme was easy to work with from home and his support was amazing.   • Vince was recommended to me when my anxiety issues started to become a big problem in my life. He picked up on my personality traits straight away and after a CBT course has really helped me through the last six months.
