Had an excellent training session with Karim. Really knowledgeable, lots of information to take in but he does it in a very relaxed setting and goes at a pace to suit you. It was great fun getting to try out different drones before we make a purchase. Would highly recommend if you are thinking about making a purchase or even if you just want to fly a drone for a couple of hours.

Fun and informative. Karim is a knowledgeable and patient teacher, and I'd happily recommend his courses to anyone who wants to try flying a drone. My wife had so much fun that she bought her own quadcopter almost as soon as we got home !

I had a morning training session with Vortex, the instructor was professional, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I was a complete beginner before this session and when I left, I felt very confident that I could fly a drone safely. I had the opportunity to fly three different drones all with different characteristics and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole session. I would highly recommend this company for absolute beginners and also for those wanting to improve their flying skills.

Had a fantastic and very enjoyable couple of hours with Karim from Vortex Drone Training. A really nice guy, and very thorough with all the training, explaining not only all aspects of flight, but also lots of information on camera settings etc. I would recommend Karim to anyone that is thinking of getting a drone, and well worth the training fee. On a chilly day in Oxford we met up with Karim for a drone session.  We had a pre-flight briefing explaining, safety,  controls, possible issues and the importance of ATT flying. We then took to the skies, maneuvering a dji drone around a preset obstacle course. I'm 65+ and was aprehshive about flying my mavic mini, but in no time at all, I was confidently and safely  not only flying a drone  but taking videos!
