  • A real hidden gem in Hildenborough – I’ve been a member of the triathlon club for a couple of years and have found everyone very friendly and welcoming despite being a relative beginner to the sport. Jimmy & Paula are both extremely knowledgeable and supportive as coaches and they have helped me to multiple endurance events finishes as well as taking my training to the next level – I wouldn’t have got here without them. Highly recommend VO2!

  • I have been training with Paula and Jimmy at VO2 Maximum for over 5 years and I can not recommend them enough. They are so good at adapting training for injuries and helping you progress. I recommended Paula to a friend who had had a back operation and thought he would never swim, ride or run again and he is now a new man almost swimming back to his best and taking part in triathlons.

  • Absolutely fantastic club to be part of. All aspects of triathlon training, including bi-weekly swim coaching, cycling and running coaching. Jimmy and Paula together have a friendly can-do attitude that doesn’t exclude anyone. Along with their onsite therapies and strength conditioning sessions, this club really does increase performance to hit for a specific goal whether new in to a event or coming back from injury, VO2 is the perfect all round solution.
