  • Ryan is dedicated to his personal training and it shows in his enthusiasm in the classes I attend. He tailors your fitness regime to suit you. It is always a great atmosphere in the classes and Ryan is always there for nutritional and exercise advice for you to take away and benefit from. I highly recommend Ryan. I've been a client of Ryans for over 3 years and I've never felt more healthy and fitter and I'm 58 so that's a long time to consider!

They are varied and fun and Ryan will tailor them to your particular needs or adjust at the time if you are tired or have any aches and pains so you can still get the most out of your session.
