Pointless. Got a phone call the other day saying they would give me work. Sent me an email to fill out the form but would allow uploads. Called to say to them, the girl that answered didn't say her name so I asked for Robyn, she abruptly said "yeah that's me how can I help?" I enquired about an online CPC course for my PCV licence, as I needed to renew it. Fr the first phone call to the end of the 5 days they were brilliant to work with. John, our trainer was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions quickly with the years of experience that he obviously has had in this business. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use them again. Do not pay more somewhere else, because you will not get the same service that VR give you.
