  • I havent been working with Stu for long but I can already tell the knowledge he has is unlike any other trainer I've had in the past. Ive always had bad knees and usually people would tell me I couldnt do certain movements. Where as Stu has actually fixed my injuries so I can do all the movements (lunges and squats) that i didnt think id ever be able to do again. I cant thank him enough for helping me. I cant recommend Victory Lap enough. Top class coaching and knowledge!

  • Victory Lap Fitness is by far one of the best gyms I've trained at. It has incredible energy, trainers, and feel. The gym is extremely clean, with a huge selection of diverse equipment. Stu is an exceptional trainer, motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging. Stu creates sessions which are creative whilst constantly changing and evolving. No matter what fitness level you’re at, I would highly recommend Victory Lap Fitness!

  • Absolutely LOVE this place. So much so I travel from Chandlers Ford 3 times a week to train here. Stu is an amazing trainer, and the results speak for themselves. There is something for everyone including group classes and 1:1s, remedial massage, stretch classes and nutrition advice. Stu and Beth are a really great team and I’ve been training with them for 3 years now. I would not go anywhere else and totally recommend 💪
