Based on extensive experience, psychological research and our intuition, we inspire and support leaders of today and tomorrow to perform and achieve excellence.VWA Consulting was founded by Victoria Wall in 1994. Having previously trained in management assessment and psychometrics, Victoria went on to train with key players in occupational psychology, such as internationally renowned Peter Saville, and the emotional intelligence pioneer, Daniel Goleman. Fuelled by her growing passion for leadership development, and following a request from her client Goldman Sachs to work on a global assessment, she decided to establish her own consultancy. Since then, we’ve grown a highly experienced team of Chartered Occupational Psychologists and experienced HR consultants with diverse skills and areas of expertise. Having worked on hundreds of projects with global clients across many industry sectors, we have developed extensive knowledge and our own collection of research, business, and psychological coaching and training materials.
