  • For years I have had intermittent knee pain which prevented me from running. I couldn’t run more than a kilometre without my knees playing up. After two sessions with Verity I have just run five- the furthest I have ever run in my life! It’s not exaggerating to say just the first session alone was transformational. I’m looking forward to continuing to reap benefits from Verity’s deep understanding of anatomy and how everything - breath, body, posture - is interwoven.

  • I have had a lower back/hip problem that has escalated over the past 2 years to the point I couldn’t play competitive sports anymore. One session with Verity has already alleviated almost all of the discomfort. I played football last night and for the first time in years felt no pain after.   • My two largest toes on my right foot had started to swell badly when I ran and even just walking was becoming painful. Verity identified the problem in my gait really quickly and was able to show me where I was going wrong on a video. She then gave me three simple (but fairly strenuous) exercises.
