Course it self ok. After sales just unacceptable. Company did not even check if we received invoice for service and sold it to debt collection company... course done on Friday and next Wednesday debt collectors dated a letter... received 2 letters (invoice and collectors) the same day. Well unprofessional... Hope you will be treated the same way

Booked time off work to do a course with them for the SIA badge. They failed to send me the forms to go on the course I had to drive down there and collect them. When I collected them it took them a week to tell me not only had they given me the wrong forms but they had also cancelled the course because of lack of participation.
