Friendly gym with knowledgeable caring staff, open 24/7 and great facilities. Been a member for a year now and love it, supportive environment and good atmosphere, I go on my own but never feel intimidated like you get in some gyms, all the members are friendly too! Best value in the area too!

A great friendly gym. Since joining a few months ago I’ve got to know a lot of the team, always friendly & welcoming. Some gyms can be intimadating, especially if your not gym fit. Really friendly gym! There is always staff about and willing to help! Nothing is to much trouble. Someone is always about to say hello and goodbye! I enjoy my training days and look forwards to them. Diverse gym and no one is judging.

My first time going to a gym in roughly 12 years, when you join up you get 2 free PT sessions which I highly recommend if you want to get a plan in place of what you want to accomplish. Really supportive atmosphere which really puts your mind at ease because it can seem daunting when you get started.
