Called in at Velocita for my first proper bike fit, to help me select the correct new bike. Tim spent time to take me through the process, making sure I understood what settings were being set and changed, and why. I could really feel the difference and the process eliminated several models that would not have been right for me. I now know what to specify and what variations I need to ask for.
