Highly switched on bunch of instructors who all have a real passion to teach and help others. No rules in real life and these guys will teach you to have a better chance of survival. Great atmosphere and the courses are brilliant if you get a chance to try!! Highly recommended.

Excellent high level training in the most effective self defence system.

This is the worst club I have even attended, I had explained to the head instructor that I was new to self defence and hadn't done anything like this before. He paired me off with someone who had obviously been doing this for a while, this person took full kicks and punches at me. I asked the head instructor could I train with someone else, he said no I was here to learn to get hit and fight back.
