  • Truly a lovely experience. Clean place with friendly and knowledgable staff. They don’t waste time just talking they actually do the work and really get you set on the path to recovery. Shout out to the front of house staff who are friendly and prompt to help work around your schedule and to the physiotherapists too! Great great place

  • James Gambett at the Vanbrugh Group Practice is an amazing physio. I have been visiting him for the last 8 months due to 2 x different injuries. James takes an holistic approach to rehabilitation and recovery. I have learnt so much about how to prevent future injuries, regain strength and to get back to what i enjoy.   • I came to Vanbrugh after having back pain for 3-4 years. Recently, I was recommended Reformer/Clinical Pilates and reached out to Vanbrugh Physiotherapy Clinic to give it a go.   • I started Pilates classes at Vanbrugh physio with Anja at the beginning of the year to help with injury prevention and flexibility. I’ve never really got on with Pilates before but absolutely love these classes. They’re small so you feel like you’re getting personal attention and Anja and Rachel are fantastic teachers who bring great energy and knowledge. I’m feeling stronger and more supple and it’s definitely the most relaxing part of my week. Cannot recommend highly enough.
