I am a pole lathe turner, (turning both “spindle”and bowl products), based in Newbury, West Berkshire. I have been working for over ten years at my craft and enjoying every bit of it. I am very passionate about my craft and love imparting my enthusiasm for it to anyone who wishes to listen and or learn. My working life started as a woodland worker on the Stratfield Saye Estate in the late 1980's and as such instilled a love of the woodlands and all their associated crafts. I am a member of the Association of Pole-lathe turners and I look forward to meeting more like minded individuals, whilst sharing ideas and experiences. Why not come and join us!
