Fantastic coaching, my children have been training with Mr Davis and team for 3.5 years and it's perfect. Children are always learning, attentive and most importantly always wanting to better themselves, motivated and have loads of fun. I truly recommend Vale Kickboxing 100%. Amazing club to be a part of with a supportive and welcoming family atmosphere, whatever your ability. Both myself and my 7 year old daughter love these kickboxing classes and all the friendly people who go there, and we hope to still be going for years to come!

What an amazing class to join, something for all the family! The group is friendly and welcoming to all ages and abilities, we laugh, sweat, and train together but it is fun!! We always ache the day after but that shows how hard we work, Carl is an amazing coach, extremely knowledgeable in what he trains. Highly recommend Vale kickboxing! 🥊 Carl and Vic are great. I initially joined to try it out for my son and now we all do it as a family and are slowly moving up the belts! ☺️. He also runs a fun kids session too and have provided a lot of support and help for my son who has neuro disabilities and has just got his first belt which I thought would be impossible!!
