  • I trained with Bella for a free 30 day trial. I really enjoyed the whole experience, from the initial consultation to the actual training sessions. Bella really cared about my goals and made sure I trained to the best of my ability. She showed me ways to improve my technique to enable me to make the most out of the exercises in my plan. Her infectious enthusiasm meant I looked forward to the sessions and putting in the work. I would highly recommend to anyone!
