Really excellent instructor and class. Was a warm environment and felt very comfortable. Simon was accommodating to my previous injuries and didn't push me beyond my capacities.
I attended a virtual training event recently and was impressed with the professionalism and engagement from the instructor. Coming from a maritime background as Ship Security Officer, it intrigued me. The course was well structured and delivered with great content. Some great discussion points and some critical key takeaways. I would definitely recommend Urban Fox.
