Highly recommend Upside Down Arts. My daughter loves classes there and the team are so lovely and talented. Started with private lessons just to try aerial and has now progressed to their performance team which she is thriving in. A fun, safe environment with the potential to make friends and learn amazing acro & aerial skills with a great team.

Upside down arts is the best fun ive had in years! Better than a gym workout, plus a very friendly place. Massive progress and confidence grown since starting and the instructors Sarah and Aoife are just awesome!

Love my aerial hoop and silk classes and sarah and aiofe are great teachers! I have built up so much strength and confidence doing these classes,I would definitely recommend trying these classes they are great fun

My daughters love this class. Sarah is a very patient and encouraging teacher, and shows a genuine interest in helping the children reach their potential. The small classes are really beneficial, and most importantly the kids have so much fun!
