Absolutely fantastic. Receptionist was beautiful and very friendly. I signed in with no hassle and was greated by UTS staff with a warm welcome. Facilities were top notch and properly equipped for all training needs. The trainer Adam was awesome, he explained the TTMBC course very well and clearly for me, especially since I am autistic. Course training in a class based environment. Tutor was good and helpful. Other attendees were friendly. Everyone pleased with end test results. I was surprised to see local people of original ethnicity Asian, Afro-carrabean and English. Something I haven't seen in years and it reminded me of just like it was back in 70s and 80s. Not one Eastern European person in sight.

Really great and professional team, great in a busy industry that they have made the time to also include weekends which was very beneficial when you have a busy diary during the week. Will definitely be using the team again…thank you Richard also for a very well presented course, shall see you soon for all the other refreshers will book with you. Highly recommend to all!

I have been at UTS for all for my NHSS training TTMBC through to LTMO and 12D, Overall great experience over the years, helpful and understanding trainers, course material was well presented, training centre is suitable for purpose, clean and has good facilities and equipment.
